LSU and Tenn. will tip off at 5:30 p.m. as LSU will try and keep this one close with 7 scholarship players available. I'm hoping for a competitive game. The volunteers and Auburn play a similar style of basketball which could spell trouble for our Tigers.

With that being said, I expect Wade to have our guys ready to compete.

I don't think we win but I hope we play hard and attempt to box out for once.

I just want to see us come out scrappy and tough. I want our players to look like they want to be out competing on the court (something Wade has done a great job on instilling in our guys).

It's going to be tough with both Rachal and Simms out, though. Only two bigs we have now are Reath and Epps. Would be a huge win for us.

Not having Rachal and Sims is gonna hurt us tonight. Gonna take a HUGE performance from someone to pull this out.

Even in full strength this team goes when Water's is on or off.

If Waters isn't on its usually really bad, we just don't have any options outside of a couple players. We are pretty limited which makes it difficult

Winning will be tough. I don't think Wade can get it done. But, the players might step up and get it done.

Are you really saying Wade is the reason the team is held back?

Hoping for a great performance, expecting a gutty but not enough game. Continue to compete and make sure the Vols know they can't sleepwalk thru this LSU team and I'll be happy.

Like clockwork.

I started a thread on the help board to get this dude banned. He derails every basketball thread with his stupidity.

I think we keep it close, but can't pull off the W on the road:

LSU 67

Not having Rachal and Sims hasn't really hurt us all year. they have been below average most of the year. Does hurt the term "depth" though, if we get in foul trouble.

Rachal does based on the rotation lately... He's been used to give both bigs a breather...

Reath needs to have a monster game and Waters needs to have double figures in points and assists to beat the Vols.
