Coach Pittman very honest about status of Saturday's game. They need good test results Tomorrow to play.

"Just gonna tell you the truth. We're running thin. But we want to play the game." Arkansas vs. #LSU at risk. Pittman says they're waiting on series of tests to come back tomorrow.

It's out of the hands of everyone. Plenty of other games are being postponed or hang in the balance of negative tests tomorrow. I'm looking forward to having the game on and putting up early Christmas decorations with the Mrs.

Why am I not surprised that Saturday's game is now in limbo! It's par for the course for LSU fans in 2020! I'm no psychic, but something tells me this game is going to be cancelled!

So they would wait to cancel the game on a Friday?
Would the a-hole wait until LSU's plane was in the air or would he give us the courtesy of doing it in the morning???
I mean, they test the entire team every day I think. They clearly have a bunch of guys out and if they get more out tomorrow, they can't legally play.

Me too man, I don't even care if we lose at this point. I am making gumbo and I need LSU football to go with my gumbo
Must be starting early if you want to eat while watching the 11am start

This game is slowly trending downwards to not happening
We only have four weekends before the SEC championship game is to be played (Sat. Dec 19).
If this games gets postponed, we will have three weekends to play five games:
Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas A&M, Ole Miss.
With Ole Miss and Texas A&M already scheduled, I do not think those games get bumped. Since Florida is already scheduled that game is set to go on as well.
That leaves Alabama out of the picture. Does anyone really think that the SEC is going to make Alabama play an additional game if it already doesn't matter for standings purposes. They won't want to paly, they won't want to push the championship game back either. They have the tiebreaker against Texas A&M already, so if Auburn somehow beats them they have that to go on.
So, that leaves the Florida game, it is scheduled for December 12, but if Florida still only has 1 loss, has the tiebreak over Georgia, is the SEC going to make them play an extra game putting them at a disadvantage compared to Alabama coming out of the west? I just don't see it happening.
If Saturday's game against Arkansas is cancelled, I can easily see us playing Arkansas instead of Florida that last weekend.
Florida and Alabama each end up playing 9 games this season, with not playing against LSU. LSU only plays 8 games.

I can't imagine that they'd let LSU travel there, then cancel...so a definitive answer has to come really soon.
Word is that we will know one way or the other by 9am tomorrow (reliable source) So LSU won't travel unless there is definitely a game.

Some of them are the second test for false positives.
POTENTIAL, but unlikely, contact tracing quarantines for Arky. From what I've had told to me, Arky has been "bubbling" just in case so if contact tracing does get some, it will be limited in number.

if they're waiting on test results, they're healthy, never had a symptom, and should play.
why is this so hard.
