I don't think North Colorado is a bad team but its a bit scary to see one post player carve us up. LSU will see many more of them soon.

Thought Nikki was a great hire. I was very wrong. She needs to go.

While North Colorado isn't bad we shoudln't have lost

Especially with the 200 extra chance opportunities

This team has a lot of work a head, could be bad if offensively we don't improve quickly

I'm more concerned about not scoring on their one post player. Aifuwa took zero shots and Mitchell only took 10, I'm sure half were probably putbacks.

Exactly. 58-50 final. N. Colorado used basically 5 players although 3 others played sparingly. I think an excuse can be made about the thin air with high elevations. That would sound better.

Mitchell has a limited offensive arsenal, she can't stretch you outside and hit many face up jump shots

i don't know much about Aifuwa, she seems to not be a good shooter but she apparently can rebound well but not sure if that helps if they can't score

I can see her being let go before the end of the year. But then I remember who the AD is.

She can turn and throw it up over a much shorter player. Same for Aifuwa.

This was a stupid road trip. I get that you have a player from the area but there is nothing to gain by playing a road game there. The cost to travel alone makes it ridiculous. They should be home playing nobodies to get some things worked out to improve.

While I completely agree for whatever reason they do not attempt shots over players a foot shorter than them

If it's a quality road wins then it's valuable.

Playing against good teams is valuable.

You would consider Northern Colorado a quality road win for an SEC team? Ok.

If they end up good in their conference, which it seems like they will, yes. Would likely be a top 100 RPI.

While I think we will improve I think we are toast when we hit SEC play this year.

We don't have any decent post play besides Mitchell tapping put backs. Post play will murder us.

Outside shooting is still very bad, we can't lets this be another Moncrief, Jackson jump shoot contest, it won't end well.

We have some decent teams left for OOC still, but I personally don't see a dramatic turnaround this season.
