Bama keeps the ball the balance of the game. Bama started on the three!

That killed us. It was bad before, but somehow LSU made it interesting. That was about as tough a loss watching Bama keep it for over nine minutes.

Ouch. Go Miss. State! See if the Spread can defeat Bama.

I was hoping for the on-side kick with only 4 bama players up. Miles suggested it right before they kicked it to the 3.

Off sided kick would not have been a bad call. Our D was already gassed by then.

When your offense gains just 12 first downs and its longest drive was 6 plays and couldn't sustain drives to give your defense a much needed rest, especially going up against a powerful and physical running team, that's what happens. You get gassed and can't stop anyone late.

And a lucky bounce put it on the 3. It was headed out of bounds

do you honestly think our special teams could successfully convert an onside kick?

I saw no urgency at that point from our sideline. For fricks sake, we werent even running a no-huddle. I dont even know if LSU knows how to very well unless there isn't any play, or its just repeating the exact play before.

I saw with about 12 minutes left a team that was capable of scoring basically look like they had already given up, and a coach who was laughing about a fricking OL catching a pass that wasnt going to be caught by anyone otherwise.

I thought the same when I saw them line up. The way they were pushing us around once I saw their alignment I thought, no better time than now...probably our only shot to make it a game.

Honestly, I can't believe they didn't try to onside it. I'm guessing Peveto made that decision? Either way it was a terrible choice, and I say this after LSU pinned them at the 3 with the ridiculously lucky bounce.

If we get the D Line recruiting class we think we will get Bama will not be able to run on us for the next 3-4 years.

We will have depth (which we didn't have enough of last night). That class coming in if we get who we expect to get will be the best Defensive haul LSU has ever had.

If you disagree you don't follow recruiting.
