Us showing some major fight with Nuss Bus prevented us from tumbling.

I like how we're behind Oregon, when we just hung 30 on uga, with no pt attempted and botched chip shot fg should have been 34, and uga dominated them by 50, with their backups playing half the game. Ap and coaches poll shouldn't exist. Computer and playoff committee, that's it

Without the botched FG the score would have been a little closer...like 45-34 UGA. Or maybe 42-27 because UGA would not have played so many backups.

Tennessee beat Alabama - both had same records.
Tulane beat Kansas State - Tulane had a better record.

Rankings are as legit as a screen door on a submarine.

Had you told me before the season that LSU would be ranked 16th, I’d have taken it all day.

Great first year to build off of and improve. By Year 3, it’s juggernaut time.

If you tried to do keep power rankings in order of who beat whom, you would have situations where teams would need to be both above and below certain opponents.

Beat 5 & 24, lost to 1, 6, & 13. Seems about right.

Only if the teams finished with the same records.

It's incredible that in a world where college football sold its soul for playoffs, head-to-head competition has to be explained, and for the most part overlooked and/or ignored.

Top 10 team without aTm loss. So 10-3 would that have been good enough to go to the Sugar Bowl?

Seems fair. Yes, beat aTm and we are much higher ranked. But honestly we aren’t a top 10 this year. I’m pleased with how our season played out.

Because the transitive property doesn’t apply to football period, and trying to selectively apply it just for equal records is just trying to dodge accounting for the mountains of evidence supporting that fact.

What transitive property? We're talking about head-to-head as the first and ONLY tie-breaker, among teams with the same record.

Maybe don’t get your asses kicked by one of the worst P5 teams in the country. Some of you really don’t understand how horrible that Aggy loss is
