Team has been horrible the last two years. Horrible. If we win 8 games that will be amazing. Would really like to go above 0.500 in SEC play.

the last 2 years literally half the team quit before the seasons ended. If they can just keep the roster from quitting and reasonably healthy we will easily win 8 games.

The program hadn’t won a title in 40 years at that time. 3 since 2003 changes the perspective.
2020 and 2021 were absolutely horrible given the status of the program now.

Not worried about where we are before we have even played 1 snap for this season. We aren't going to win them all this year (8-4 / 9-3) but Brian Kelly isn't stupid.
The team he just left, to come to this unranked team, is in the top 5. Now why would someone do that? I think he knows he can have LSU be a juggernaut in a few years.

The team doesn’t deserve it. They will earn it by the end of the year though.
