‘81 was the Final Four run. Rudy sliced open his index finger on his shooting hand against Wichita State (I think) and Hi-C picked a bad game to have a shooting slump against Indiana.

The script is more like the white jerseys worn in the ‘77-78 and 78-79 teams. The ‘79-80 and ‘80-81 (Final Four season) teams wore block “LOUISIANA STATE.”
Still, I love that shirt.
