Having four revenue positive sports in and of itself is ridiculous. Still needs to go though.

LSU Revenue by sport
LSU only has three revenue sports:
Football, men's basketball and baseball. Everyone else is a money loser. Not sure where the "four revenue sports" comes from.

I stand corrected - just always hearing about gymnastics attendance on this site. The excellent article you posted (thanks), states that they/we pay more than $1MM in salary to gymnastics coaches? Really?
Also, LSU is one of the few with even 3 revenue sports...

You had to be in the Smoothie King Arena Saturday night to know what LSU Gymnastics means to the university and state. Money well-spent.

They were in the Citrus Bowl.
The New Year's Six bowls are the top six major bowl games: the Rose Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Orange Bowl, Cotton Bowl, Peach Bowl, and Fiesta Bowl.
