Satan has LSU's number and he knows it. LSU simply cannot compete against ALA for whatever reason(s). Georgia apparently has no problem and you could argue the Bulldogs should have beaten them the last 2 times they played. LSU on the other hand is almost always down multiple scores by half-time. I think it's in their heads - including the coaches. What you got?

More over-analyzation than when I tell my wife I'm going to the camp for a month.

I'd like to see LSU do away with the bye week before. Seems like it almost mind fks the coaches more than players.

When I was in high school, we hadn’t beaten our cross town rival in over 12 years. Every year we would have a solid team with a good record, and everyone wondered if it would be the year.

We got our asses kicked everytime we played them. I think the mental aspect did have a huge effect on both teams. They knew, no matter how good or bad they were, that they weren’t going to lose to us.

Hell, we even made it to the dome my senior year after losing to them by 30 points. I think LSU has this mentality now when it comes to Bama.

We finally beat them after I graduated. 16 years...

Not to mention Saban has 2 weeks to prepare for LSU every year and he fricking hates LSU now. He enjoys entering us dry.

Why is it written in stone that the Bama/LSU game is always in November with both schools having a bye week before? If they change anything change when the bye week is for both teams.

LSU had its swagger going up until that point.

Absolutely 100%, oline is scared out of their wits. How else can you explain it. Your 300+ lbs, can play anywhere in the country, Bama shows up and you fold like a cheap tent. It will happen again in 19, ya heard it here . Flame away tards.

Saban wasn't at Bama the whole time, but Miles was 5-3 vs them during the period you mention.

I think the coaching staff gets these players so wound up over this game that they play very stiff and robotic. They play like they are afraid of making a mistake instead of loose.

Take the Georgia game for instance. This team went into that game with a confidence and swagger that they were without doubt the better team. It wasn’t a letter of “if things go our way and we play a perfect game, we win”. It was “we got this shite. Let’s go out and do what we do”.

I stand corrected ! Numbers still wrong !! 2007-2012 we played 7 times so les was 3-4 .... During that time frame and 3-7 overall ...
