Scott Long this morning stated "LSU will have three future NBA players (Simmons, Quarterman and Blakeney)". No freaking way. Victor maybe. Blackeney isn't even a shoe in. Quarterman may get a sniff of European ball.

Blakeney absolutely has NBA talent. He's athletic, he plays good defense and he can hit shots at an above average rate.

Wish tRant would stay out of the scouting department.

Blackeney is a NBA player in a few years.

and Quarterman absolutely could be a NBA player if he ever gets his head right.

Victor could play his way into the league as well.

I was saying since the beginning of the year that there is no way he leaves for the NBA. Due to his steady improvement since being benched and the mess that is CJJ, I think there is a 75% chance he leaves for the pros. May get drafted late 1st or 2nd if they go by his HS credentials.

Simmons and Blakeney, yes

TQ will get a shot. He'll probably spend a couple years in the D League with a few 10 day contracts here or there. Whether he ends up sticking with someone, who knows. The same goes for Victor, though I could see him being a decent journey man if he keeps honing that 18 footer.

Blake needs a couple more years to develop. He has the tools physically, just needs to put on some weight...for him the growth is going to be mostly mental. With Ben and Tim gone next year, he needs to step up into that alpha role and accept the scoring burden and handle it.

When he rises up with confidence on his shots, he makes more than he misses. When he hesitates he tends to miss short.

He also needs to work on his play making skills. Most of this season when he gets the ball he passes or shoots. When he develops that drive and kick out he will be unstoppable. He gets a lot of shots blocked right now because when he drives he's almost 100% looking to shoot.

Quarterman won't sniff the NBA. He is fricken awefull. Blakeney has the athleticism for the NBA but not much else right now. Maybe he can develop into an NBA player in time but he is no shoe in for the NBA. And then we have Simmons. Right now he looks like if he is the #1 pick may possibly be the biggest bust in NBA history. He is no sure thing in the NBA. Could develop into a good NBA player but just has a long way to go right now. He has all the physical attributes so no reason to think he won't develop.

This team wasn't talented like everyone seems to claim. Only legitimate (yet very average) SEC players on it were Victor and Hornsby. Simmons put up good stats so him also I guess.

Simmons, victor, TQ, and blakeny are all NBA talents.

Victor is a decent size that can hit mid range jumpers. He's a bit undersized but I could see him being on a roster as a bench guy

holy shite, this must be sarcasm. Epps has a better chance at the NBA than 2 of the players you have listed and he is a long shot of ever playing NBA ball.
