DB’s - Stevens, Monroe, Delpit, Stingley, Fulton

LB’s - Philips, Divinity, Queen, Chassion

I’m a non biased fan and genuinely want someone to show me a cfb team with a better LB or DB unit then LSU...

I’ll wait

Idk about the best LBs. Not sure if you can call the secondary the best either.

Chassion is coming off an injury. White will be irreplaceable. The LBs should be very very good though. Possibly end up being better overall, as a unit, than last year.

DBs don't have much a sample size. Stingly hasn't played a down yet. Fulton is very good.

The one thing you can say with confidence though is that Delpit is the best in the nation.

I’ve said it before but the LB’s remind me of Patrick Peterson leaving in 2010 and the DBs coming back better in 2011.

Perfect comp. Just gotta stay healthy and we have a top 3 defense in the nation. Possibly the best

You didn't even mention Brooks(another special freshman) or the fastest man in CFB

Our D will be sick, but let’s see them on the field. Geaux Tigers!

Diggs/Surtain in the secondary and Moses for Queen.

We still have the better defense. Also leave them out of this

Alabama has those kind of players in every position every year and still manages to lose a game or two.

Absolutely agree on best secondary IMHO. LB’s is a little tougher to say, but if Queen steps up his game we could make a strong case for best LB core as well. I mean Chassion and Philips have been mentioned as first round draft picks, and we all know Divinity is about to skyrocket on draft boards after this season. I think he can even end up in the 2nd round.

Don’t think there is any way Diggs or Surtain would start over Fulton and Stingley. Moses would be over Queen though, but that’s probably the only one in my book.

Kiper had Divinity, Phillips, Queen, and Chaisson in his top LBs for 2020.

Phillips (#2 underclass ILB)
Queen (#4 underclass ILB)
Divinity (#2 senior OLB)
Chaisson (#4 underclass OLB)

Fulton #2 senior CB
Delpit #1 underclass S

This may end up being correct, but how can you say that with certainty about Stingley before he has taken his first snap?

Can’t say for certain on the Stingley part just basing it upon his pure potential and athleticism. Normally I wouldn’t have such high praise for a guy who hasn’t taken a snap yet, but he may already be the most talented CB in CFB. Surtain will be great, but had some freshman struggles. I don’t think that will happen with Stingley.

Delpit is an AA. Fulton is projecting 1st round and is probably first team All Sec. Jacoby Stevens is a stud and basically gives us a Debo Jones like athlete as a tweener. He was all over the field. And KVjr and Kelvin Joseph are studs. Todd Harris is another one who will be all over the field when it comes together for him. No doubt our secondary is among the best

Maybe one or two. First time in a long time that could be said. Now DL is another story. Outside of Ika, Lawrence and Chaisson (as a hybrid DE/OLB) no other Tiger could start on their squad at DL. They have us outmatched everywhere else as far as DL vs DL.

Without question. Anyone debating this is not a true Tiger, stupid, the worst Negatiger MFing POS contrarian, ignorant, sub 70 IQ or worse. They can meet themselves at the Sonic or Burger King parking lot and self mutilate themselves by flapping till their hands fall off or they geaux blind.
