Tie the series next year in Gainesville with our next NC winning coach. Feels good to win titles regardless of who’s at the helm and to own Florida now. Most hated fan base for me.

True, but Gator fans must be scarred for life by the wins we did get with Les and O. Hell, you could even go back to Saban's two wins in the Swamp.

And a lot of people like to whine about how unfair it is that they’re our permanent East opponent. And that’s a near-sighted perspective. LSU/Florida turned into a huge, not just SEC, but national rival game, playing on prime time on ESPN a few times. It helped build the LSU brand, especially with some of those crazy finishes. So yeah, thinking micro-ly, it may not seem “fair” some years. But it has helped catapult us even higher onto the national stage, and ai posit we wouldn’t have had near the success we’Ve had the past 20 years were it not for this rival.

Love it. I was here in the early 90’s(military) and watched us suck arse while Spurrier was killing it. The regular gator fan knows that the LSU game every year will be a dog fight no matter the record. I have watched big head gator fans lose to probably the worst two LSU teams over the last few years and it has been GLORIOUS.

2016 and 2018 still really piss me off when i think about the gators. i wasn't raised an lsu fan so i didn't really become a fan until around 2010/11.
to me, florida is our number 1 rival and it ain't close. i hate everything about that program and i honestly don't feel that way about any other school.

I can remember when I used to think that it was unfair that in addition to the West schedule, we were the one's that had to have UF on the schedule. It just made our chances of getting to SECCG that much more of a challenge.
Now, Florida is the team dreading our addition to their schedule. Even on the years when they seem to have all their shite on one sock, LSU plays spoiler and I love it.

LSU Florida has been LSUs best series. Crazy things happen and for the most part it is a great series. Great for both programs
