With the way Trent recruits I assume Morgan is an LSU guy for the sake of being an LSU guy and Trent has little to do with that.

I don't honestly think he'd take it but I want us to make him say no. frick settling again. I think we settled with Trent and I think we settled with Mainieri (whether anyone thinks he's great or not he wasn't top of the list I don't think). Offer Stevens UK, KU money and see what happens. All he can say is no.

TJ had a pretty solid resume, the only other names attached were Grant and Ford. I can't say we really screwed the pooch

I'm probably wrong about this, but I always heard that Floyd wouldn't take the LSU job out of respect to Brady. The two are apparently very good friends ? That may just be that he didn't want to be the guy who immediately replaces Brady.

When we hired TJ he was better then anyone I thought we were going to get. No way that hire was "screwing the pooch". I guess I am in the minority when I say I think we will be pretty good next year

I can't agree with that. Best case scenario is maybe a first round appearance in the NCAAs. I just don't see a very high ceiling with this group under Trent.
