It takes a while for teams to jell to start any new season and it takes even longer when one of their own has tragically lost their life from a gunshot. This team will get it together and make the NCAA tourney. Be patient and watch because what I saw last night gave me some hope. The 9+ minutes without a field goal was hard to watch and Wade coached his worst half of the year but this team is running a good motion offense and it seems that they are playing hard. I'm not jumping ship on Wade or the players. It's a long season. He will have them ready for the big tourney. Trust the process negatigers.

I was having flashbacks of the NC State tourney game in 2015. Swear I saw Johnny with his hands on his hips on the sideline

Didn't they miss like 11 of 12 free throws down the stretch in that game?

I am not jumping ship either. But last night was very disappointing and I think everyone has the right to bitch about whats going up to this point. I also think we will turn it around, but more accountability is something Wade will have to address. Getting our arse kicked with rebounds and turnovers is very frustrating.

Sky is not falling, but please do not have high expectations for this team. Expect 17-19 wins, 8-10 wins in the Sec. Do not expect much more

my problem was that we did not call a time out until the end like to set a play and get things started, we just kept throwing bombs for 3 pts .. and no one set to rebound.

We're staring down the barrel of:

-St. Mary's
-Furman (should win, but will be a challenge)
-Tennessee
-Auburn
-Kentucky
-Mississippi State
-Arkansas (always difficult to steal a win in Fayettville)
-Alabama (have we EVER beaten them in Tuscaloosa)

I don't know. This team has looked bad a lot this year.

I really don't know what you've been watching. On mutiple possessions we threw up bad shots right away or played around with the ball out past the nba three point line with no purpose.

And when you give up that many rebounds, I don't know if I would say everybody is playing hard. Effort is a big issue this year.

But at least they were consistent.

I agree. My concern, however, is that I have not seen any real improvement since the first game.

This combined with poor rebounding, poor shot selection, turnovers, and no offensive identity (which are usually coaching issues) are why people are concerned.

It’s not just wins and loses. It’s the way we look.

It’s exactly the same as football limping through the first half of the season with a terrible offense. Half the fan base is shouting “but we are 8-0!!!1!!” And the other half “melting”. Then we get shut out by Bama and we don’t hear from the first group. There is something to be said about how a team looks.

Every one of those teams except Fuhrman and Alabama are better. We may not even finish with above 16 wins this year

Wait this fool said we are running a GOOD motion offense!? Hahahaha this team is nothing but Iso's. There's no motion to it. They're trying to impress NBA scouts and not playing like a team. They're a bunch of entitled babies and I wonder if wade told them when he recruited them that they could run 1 on 1s to impress scouts just to get them here.
