they are really going out on a limb here considering that most who had tickets for the bama series likely also have tickets for this game.

LSU has no obligation to do anything for ticket holders resulting from a rainout yet over half the posts in this thread are bitching. It never ceases to amaze me how much LSU fans on this board hate LSU.

I'm really surprised they're offering refunds this time as I never before remember them doing it in the 24 seasons I've had tickets. Although I have seen them schedule a southern, or similar to make the game up. I just look at rainouts as something that can't be helped.

Solid gesture by LSU providing refunds. $20 is $20 that they shall refund to me instead of keep for themselves.
I was there Sunday. The lights were on and the music was playing as well as the score board being lit up.
This non game was just as expensive as an actual game.
Kudos to LSU.

Can anyone explain what happened with the ticket situation for the Saturday night game? My in-laws have season tickets. They were unable to go the Saturday game so they gave the Saturday tickets to friends. Said friends were unable to get in to the stadium with those tickets and were not given a clear explanation as to why. They ended up having to buy general admission tix.
If the Friday tickets were used for the make-up game Saturday morning, why was there a problem with using the original Saturday ticket for the 2nd game?

The 12:00 game was the regularly scheduled Saturday game. The makeup game was at night and required Friday's ticket.
