Still very early but Wade’s scheduling, as he predicted, is so well done. Furman is #25 in NET today.

Furman is an odd case right now.
NET has them at #25. The polls have them in the top 25. Yet, RPI ranks them at #90 and Kenpom has them at 92.
The analytics don't seem to like Furman and other than Villanova, they've played a pretty dog shite schedule (SOS: 319 - RPI; 293 - Kenpom). But, they have 5 road wins, which seems to the THE reason they are ranked so high in NET.
I don't quite understand the intricate details between NET and RPI, but it seems pretty clear that road wins are even more important under NET than they were under PRI

Had to dig for this. I pretty much like the net rankings so far this year but this kinda makes it hard to support it tbh.
