I'd like Thomas to receive the money his suitors are offering. he needs a raise as it's obvious other schools are going after him

Simmer down. That article was not all-encompassing. It listed a few raises in the AD and bowl bonuses.

Well a few insiders on 24/7 have said O has long ago requested a raise for Thomas and that it's more or less been denied

Maybe Alleva fears he will replace him some day. I can see Thomas as an AD in the future.

This is true. I know someone on the staff. He says O has made requests to change a lot of stuff such as the crappy videos they play in the stadium. He is met with much resistance by everyone's favorite AD.

He is Eaux's boy and Right-hand man. They have been together at Tennessee, USC and now LSU.
He assists Eaux with all recruiting issues and has been allowed to recruit himself recently because of a waiver Eaux got for Pete Jenkins.

This F-ing admin just does not have the commitment to winning championships. LSU will get continuously out bid because the damn board and F King give too shits about winning in Football.
