This team has the exact same problems every LSU basketball team has. They don't do any of the little things well. They have guys who are good individual defenders and good individual offensive players but there is no concept of how they fit together. LSU's strategy year after year is to 'run', which basically means shoot a lot of 3's and play little defense (regardless of personnel). When LSU hits shots, they can win some games. When they are off (are average), they have no back up plan.
This team played horribly and with little effort against a bad Marquette until the last few minutes. Didn't see the NC State game but can't imagine they played much better there. This is flat out embarrassing. LSU will likely be 3-3 at the end of the night with 3 wins against horrible teams, 2 losses to bad teams, and 1 loss to a decent to good team (NC State).
