For Immediate Release:
Birmingham, AL (October 8,2016) At 12:37 PM ET it was determined by the SEC office and the University of Florida Athletic Department, that the football game between Louisiana State University and the University of Florida will not continue for the second half.
After a meeting with the SEC Commissioner and the UF AD (LSU's AD was not invited), the decision has been made to permanently suspend the second half of todays game, with no make-up date scheduled, though Florida did suggest April 32nd, 2017 as a possible date.

the field is not that bad..bowl game against Penn state was way way worse feild conditions, I mean our guys are not slipping into the endzone LOL....ok, this is a beat down
