Probably would have except the electric clock operator is an offical not a homer guy at the buttons. You can only imagine what would happen, say if that offical was Boots Garland operating the clock against lets say LSU vs Ole Miss back in the day.

Boots finally came clean years later about this, but it's okay...Les gave Ole Miss their second back in 2009.
