I didn't mind starting Hilliard yesterday because it felt like a must win if we wanted to host. This game is much less important bc it boosts our RPI regardless and isn't an elimination game. However I would've rathered use Hasty here bc Floyd was just getting his confidence up

It's not small thinking. It's about setting yourself up to win now. This isn't the time of year to test guys. If you face Tennessee again down the road, and you have to throw Floyd, you do what you have to do. He's not going to learn anything in this start that he shouldn't have learned already. He just hasn't been someone we can count on in big games.
