I don’t think extending Dutton an extra inning or two when he is cruising is “screwing it up”.

Not that I want to screw things up. Maybe I have too much confidence in Dutton but I really feel like he could just give us a normal 6 or 7 inning start. And let’s be honest in an ideal world we’d rather have that no?

He’s not confident from the fielding and he’s trying to overcompensate at the plate if I had to guess. He needs to settle down in both
