If you're interested in traveling with the Alumni Association for the UCLA trip in 2021, they're already taking names of those who are interested. Not sure if it would be my cup of tea, but I know some people enjoy traveling with the AA. They started early on this one.

Should pound UCLA’s arse. Chip Kelly sucks

Tickets will be plentiful - cheaper tickets (than @UT Austin this year), but higher travel costs...

Yeah, tickets for this game will not be an issue. I can't wait.

A change to go to one of the most historic locations in CFB. Gonna be a fun trip

The alum groups out here will do you right if you make the run. I guarantee a great time ! So Cal and the San Diego group will tag team this one and it will be epic as LSU football hasn't been out here since LSU V USC in the 80's if memory is correct.

I can’t wait to go to this game.

I’ve been planning this trip since they announced the game.
Amtrak Sunset Limited round trip. LSU game. Dodgers or Angels game or both. Preseason NFL if anybody is in town.

I’ve been to both Dodgers and Angels. Definely go Dodgers.

Flying in for the game then making the quick flight to San Fran for a week in Napa.

I hung out with them last year for the Louisiana Tech game. Good people.

We should pal around together. I'll call you in August of 2021 to set things up.

I’m not sure how many tickets UCLA’s conference typically releases compared to the paltry 3500 that Texas was able to release.. hopefully a lot more.. but i imagine there’ll be huge demand from LSU fans since we haven’t played in the Rose Bowl in my lifetime, i dont think.
BTW the best place to stay if anyone’s interested is the Hermosa Beach/Manhattan Beach area.. not close to the game itself, but it’s where you want to be for all the other days you’re there in SoCal.

It depends on what people want to do and see.

I'll take that train westbound, I think.
I met some pretty cool Bruins last year at the Fresno St. - UCLA game, and keeping in touch with them still. A couple had a Louisiana connection too. They threw a really great tailgate!
I went to a Rose Bowl two seasons prior. The area south of the stadium is full of awesome tailgating.

That is one thing I would change. There's no way these trips aren't marked up. If I was in charge of the AA, I would just charge the cost and not try to make money off of the trips. Look at it as a service and build some goodwill with the alumni.
