I’ve gone back and watched some of the 2011 games during this time. Ware and Ford were a good combo in 2011.

I always thought they had Ware put on too much weight. He was awesome at his playing weight in 2010, but they turned him into a battering ram in 2011 and 2012. Seems like once he got to the NFL he got back down to his 2010 weight and performed pretty well.

We run it 60% a game with 8 running backs on roster and we needed to hand it off to a marginal back more? His HS numbers skewed peoples opinion.

Williams had a lot of athleticism but had very little shake and went down on first contact almost every time. Always seemed to play much smaller than he was. I feel like people only remember his long run against Va Tech.

I was standing next to Ford, Keke, Miles, and another player I didn't recognize at a Girls on the Run 5k a few years ago(jesus that was 8 yrs ago ). They showed up to guest start the race. This was right before the loss to Clemson.

But anyhoots. Ford was a very nice and humble guy.
