Nobody knows anything about them. How can you be happy about a decision either way? I could care less who starts. Whoever it is is obviously better than the other. Past that, who gives a shite?

I’m ok with the pick to start finely. Just hoping we keep Johnson. His brother is the number 1 TE recruit in 2 years.

Max is still going to get some snaps, starter or not. I hope they both play well, and we use each of their strengths accordingly. It's hard to play a rotation but we can definitely at least use Max for some RPOs on 3rd down if Finley gets the bulk of the snaps. It's important for our o-line to play well and for the running game to dictate the pace of play.

The fact we have to play either of these guys is depressing. Three year window between Brennan and the only other QB’s on the roster.
O did an amazing job of roster management leading up to last year. Recruiting misses in 2017 and 2018 are killing us right now at QB, DB and LB
Hopefully we close out with a great class this year and the three classes since 2018 lead us to great results

I just hope the kid performs admirably, he's a true frosh and he'll be playing SEC football Saturday. That's a long way from high school ball, and even though people say things like I just want him to play okay, he has nothing to prove. They really aren't telling the truth and the first signs of the kid looking bad they'll be calling for the other freshman kid to take over. Lol That's just how people are, especially LSU fans.
Also, the kid that transferred must be kicking himself right now. He had a chance to start at QB and play SEC football in the best conference in the country.

Yep. A transfer QB to fill a worst-case scenario void would have been nice.

We're fricked either way so get prepared. You went from a historically great season to historically awful for LSU. 2020 keeps on giving or in this case...taking away.
