With Kelly comimg in, I think LSU will benefit from more stability. The coaching staff turnover has been insane the last 5 years.
2016 - Miles and Cameron fired, O hired
2017 - Matt Canada experiment
2018 - Ensminger as OC
2019 - Lost Aranda and Joe Brady
2020 - Pellini debacle, Ensminger steps down
2021 - New OC and DC
That's just some of the coaching changes.
While the problem of losing coordinators always exists at top programs, I look forward to more stability with the LSU coaching staff.

Still curious how this staff shapes out over the several weeks. The future is bright, there is a lot of potential here.

I think the bigger part of that is having a solid HC who can be trusted to hire coordinators and assistants that will fit into a cohesive whole. I think there’s a word for that but it escapes me right now.
