Did they really say that?

ESPN has been entirely of the narrative that LSU is in regardless

How in the absolute frick does LSU potentially lose 1 game to the #4 team and somehow gets jumped by OU (loss to Kansas State), or Baylor, (loss to #6 or 7 or whatever they are now)

There’s a chance that an LSU loss and a Clemson, OSU and BU/OU win keeps us out.

I think LSU is in regardless, but they'll be the first non champ to get in over a 1-losd champ ever, so it's unprecedented.

In my opinion, both the SEC and Big12 championships are play-in games now. I think only if LSU loses a close game or gets hosed and Baylor wins in unconvincing fashion do we have a chance at a mulligan. It would make for a nerve racking Sunday.

Wrong, the statement was if Georgia loses to LSU, it looks like the winner of the big 12 championship will get the final playoff spot. Both Sanchez and Vilma agreed with that statement.

Yep thats why one of the guys said, there is nobody else if Baylor wins on why they would get in.

This assumed LSU wins tomorrow.

Don't laugh.

They can literally sit in a room and next thing I know, I need a team for the CFB playoffs. Any QBs here with eligibilty?

I didn't hear them say that. I heard them say IF LSU wins the OU/Baylor winner is in. Perhaps I missed another segment where they said something different.
