Did a great job this season, hope he pulls head out of arse with the offense and gets us a young up and coming guy to help out there but overall body of work was impressive in a rebuilding year.

Every year is a rebuilding year for LSU now.

Explain to me why this "great" season is so much better than so many other 3 loss seasons LSU has had in the past.

Including the 3 loss season in 2015 when we were ready to fire our coach for those "unacceptable" results.

Why do we have such a large faction of complacent fans?

Our AD publicly stated to the entire fan base when he hired O that this was not a rebuilding job and we would be competing for championships immediately...

Talent and level of competition was better this year overall, schedule was one of the toughest in the country and we did it with a below average offense for the most part. He gets that fixed he may have something hope he isnt as hard headed as his predecessor

These two sentences contradict each other.

impressive in a rebuilding year.

LSU has the 7th most talented team in the country. There was never a rebuild here.

yep. Sad but very true. Next year U. And I agree. We are absolutely no better off for having fired Miles and hired 0.

Have you not seen the SOS for past years posted? You might lose your little boner if you do

He did a good job but wouldn’t call it great. Win either Florida or Aggs instead of losing three and at least score a td or two against Bama and that would be a great job. If he wins the bowl game that would be an overall good solid year but not great.

He did an fair to good job. No way it's a great job. How would you describe a 1 loss season? A sec championship season? a national championship season?

A portion of the fanbase is happy with Orgeron doing a 'fair to good' job.

They screamed bloody murder about Les Miles, but they're as patient and pragmatic with O as any fanbase is for any coach.

It's so stupid.

Correct. This was hardly a rebuilding year. He won one or two that I didn't expect him to, but also lost a couple he should have won. His failure to put even a competent offense on the field is hard to explain away.

Just wait til next year if they happen to lose a couple. The excuses by the awesome o’s will be nauseating.

If folks don’t like O, why don’t they just stay off the board instead of the redundant whiny “complacency” bs over and over. Just stay away, spank or whatever you do, then come back when O is gone

I didn't realize LSU had 8 student workers paid to post on message boards to build up O. When did you start?

Losing to UF, Bama and Tamu is never a great season. Never has been, isn't now, and never will be.
