You can't put Ingram in any scenario right now. We don't know how long he is out for do we? We don't if or when he is coming back and right now the only thing that matters is game #1. Planning on Ingram being back with as little about the situation as anyone really knows is a waste of time.

Plan without him.

I’m sure that’s what the coaches are doing. We’re fans, we can dream about best case scenarios lol

Why not get Ingram's case moved to Monroe. The judge that let Robinson off with no punishment "did not want to ruin a young man's life"

I don't see how RT is a big question mark. Magee played really well there last year.

This, Weathersby was great, but that was only when he played, Magee filled in often for him, and in the Auburn game specifically and held his own quite well. He will be step down probably, but not a big step down. I think they wanted to keep him as the 6th man/swiss army knife this year but Deculus just cant beat him out and they want to get the best 5 out there.

Our O line was pretty decent last year and most of the guys playing this year played last year as well. O line will be solid. The offense we are running is much easier on them that offenses we've run in the past.

Last I’ve heard from some podcasts/gathering info, is McGee right now. I would prefer Deculus, but I’m not at practices to see that position everyday. It’s a question mark for sure, I think it could make a big impact on the offense as a whole.

So why the preference for Deculus???????

This is what my perception was coming into summer practice. I'm hoping the stuff we've heard during the summer is just evidence that the DL is super-elite. Sometimes that's the case, sometimes not.

Our D line is super talented. Fehoka and Lawrence are STUDS.

Just based upon him out of highschool. He was ranked really high, and I saw some of his stuff he looks to be dominant. Also I like his frame more. At 6’7 325, compared to McGee (who is still big) at 6’4 335. 335 sounds more like a guard. McGee did play some last year and looked like a viable option at that position, but I think Deculus has more upside of the 2.

From what I’ve heard Ingram will be back. I’ve heard it was an issue he had with a female and should be resolved soon

Good info? There is no info it’s just random guessing of who goes where based on what people have already stated on the radio or elsewhere on the internet. Nobody know shite about Ingram. People want the higher rated recruits to pan out so they hope they start.

It’s gonna be a work in progress for several weeks to see how it pans out. Going up against our defense is about the best practice you can get though.

Jakori is a really good kid. Is practicing on both offense and defense right now. Smart kid looking to get his degree, kinda knows he isn't NFL material at least at this point.

If you watch the auburn game, Magee had a solid game. I think we will be fine at right tackle. My major concern is cushenberry at center!

Agree with Tiny Rick... You can scheme for help at that RT position in both the rush and pass blocking. I trust our offensive line Coach can figure that one out. I bet Foster Moreau and Tory Carter could help that RT position a lot!
Coaches are seeing any weaknesses every day much better than any of us! It's not just the players but the schemes they play within...

Physicality is only part of the equation for a good oline.

They have to know their blocking assignments and be able to work together as a complete unit, which takes time. We lost alot of that valuable time during the spring when guys were out recovering form injuries.

I fully expect the oline to go through some growing pains to start the season, especially going up against good defensive fronts like Miami and Auburn.

Lot of rumors about Ingram. I’ve heard that it is either grades which could improve quickly with correspondence courses or drugs which could result in just a 1 game suspension. But he will be back. We need him drastically.
Deciulus looks super slow. Don’t see him starting or seeing much playing time.

Ideally Charles at LT, Ingram at LG, Brumfied at C, Lewis at RG and Magee at RT.
Hope this works out.
