Id say scheduling rest and healing from injuries are quite important for a teams season would you not? As said before 9 straight games with an SEC stretch 5 out of 6 weeks is brutal. Next season has two bye weeks yet we use them 2 in a span of four weeks all late in the season. Poor usage IMO. This will only become more evident and critical as time goes on in 1 bye week seasons with away games at TAMU.
Alleva has made some very very questionable moves and its time to call attention to it.

Why do we pay all of this money for season tickets and a premier non-conference game to start the season is not included and is played at another neutral site requiring fans to travel and incur added expenses? What a joke!!

Yeah put Bama or A&M in mid September and we really wouldn't need for the OOC neutral site game.
It's like we are forced to do the neutral site game to rope in a marquis matchup because the early schedule would be crap otherwise.
