Let's take a moment to celebrate the players who are giving full effort

Devin White clearly is the #1 guy on this list. he's still playing like a beast and it's sad that it seems like he could become a historic great LB but will be stuck on these shite teams in 2017-2018 (and i assume will then leave). he's a true sophomore and is already the leader on the D
Darrell Williams sat behind LF for 3 years and put in work this offseason to come in under his playing weight from last year (which seems to be a rarity on this team). dude is running hard and has no quit
Our secondary, esp at CB, seems to be playing hard. Sure they may be making some mistakes in coverage and have some miscommunication, but our CBs are playing hard and coming up to make tackles (when CBs "quit" the first thing that goes in tackling in the run game).
Hell even Guice, when he's able, is still running like a maniac when he's able to. He's just running behind an OL that isn't opening up anything for him and defenses are keying in on him. He's clearly not half assing it in his last year.

White, Chark, Greedy, Lacature...

I always feel like Etling plays his hardest, whether the fans like it or not. I sat beside some people the other night that acted like he never gave a shite, never tried for extra yardage on scrambles, etc. I have seen that dude take a lot of hard hits and get right back up. Say what you want of Etling, but he is a gritty sumbitch.

Gilmore plays hard and Lac is getting better.

Anyone familiar with Tory Carter? He looked mean and intense, I'd love to see him get the ball more.

I would add Greg Gilmore to that list.

He's gimpy though. And it shows.

yeah Etling isn't playing well but it isn't due to his effort. he's taken some serious shots
if people want to see a QB not giving a shite, look for that clip of Justin McMillan on the sidelines sitting down

McMillian didn't even get to play in scrimmages, I'm sure he has completely checked out at this point.
ETA: Greedy hustled on that long run to open the second half.

Greedy deserves a ton of credit for running down the Troy RB to try and save a TD
Didn't matter in the end but he gave max effort.

Guise is a punk. Nothing wrong with himf and key is got a drug problem Miles cleaned up a lot of that now it seems it's back to being a problem

add John Battle, plays hard and tries to line the youngins up. Gilmore said after Battle was hurt against Syracuse he was still on the sidelines trying to get dudes aligned right.
I think most of the defense plays hard actually, some of the younger dudes just don't know where to be. they probably need more effort in their playbooks/ the film room.

He only caught like 2 passes but he looked good for a freshman. Hope to see him get a few more as well.

The 2 DW's lead my list along with Greedy. GG and CL may be giving 100% effort and if they are then they aren't really starting SEC material.
DE is playing hard but isn't starting SEC QB material.

As mentioned in other responses I think the following should be added to that list:
- Donte Jackson
- Danny Etling new system, managing plays and players like a champ
- Myles Brennen (to come this far in 7 weeks as a non-EE is somewhat impressive)
- Lacouture (he's making plays outside numbers with no LB in sight)
- Gilmore (trying, just not strong enough to be a stud)
- Delpit (trying TOO HARD at times and blows some assignments)
- Brumfield (see him getting in others ears, leadership sorely missing)

Well this ought to be quick

Christian LaCoture is giving all he's got also.
He's not the most talented guy, but he plays hard.

You must have failed English class. I don't even know what you are trying to say.

it's best to just ignore them and not even give them a hook to come back and post their bullshite

Bull shite! He seems like his mind is already in the NFL. He and Key are out of shape and their minds are elsewhere. I could see it against BYU. He's running half speed
