Exactly how is the “untouchable” great Corey Raymond not responsible for the DB play?
What is amazing is how some of you will selectively choose s coach or two who you will defend against all reality.

Fun fact. There are other coaches are capable of coaching great DBs. Corey isn’t the only one.

That’s true beef right there. But it didn’t become nationally known until Ron Cooper recruited PP7, Tyran Matthieu and the likes. Some of the greatest defensive backfields I’ve ever seen at LSU were under Ron Cooper.

To nitwits like yourself it was all Ed Orgeron's fault and getting rid of him was all that was needed. In reality Corey Raymond did nothing in the last 2 years to show improvement in the position he coached. This is undeniable by anyone who watched LSU football in the last 2 seasons.
Brian Kelly is making changes which need to be made to bring in a new and better attitude on the LSU Football Team. If some of his decisions do not meet your liking then so fuking what.
Kelly has benn successful everywhere he has been and if takes pulling shite out by the damn root to establish his program then so be it.

Yet they continually got burned like toast. Jones took over coaching them when it was obvious. He had his chance with Bo as DC because he RAN BO’S DEFENSE at NE.
Raymond was covered by Bausch and others for years.
