Les was in Saban's Head

I don't know about ya'll, but I saw fear in Satan's eyes all through this battle. Before the game, during the game, the way he tried for field goals when he should have punted. I don't think he was confident he could beat us. And he was right! What a win!!!

Les wins the battle of nerves EVERY TIME with his obssessive compulsive opponents.

He made some questionable decisions.

If you saw as much film on LSU's team as Saban had, you'd have fear in your eyes as well. Saban is not a Gumptard that thought, "We are Alabama, nobody can dare compete with us, especially that joke of a coach Les Miles."
That was the fan base, Nick Saban knew better. I was surprised that he kept trying 49+ yard field goals in regulation instead of punting us back deep.

That's what I said!!

I just posted in another thread that all day long the talking heads refer to the "MISSED" field goals. They talk about them like they were chip shots. If you call 44, 50,49, and 52 yard field goals in college chip shots; then they are dumber than Saban. All except maybe the 44 yd one, should have been punted.

Completely agree. Saban was rattled in his halftime interview.

I knew Saban was in trouble when he was doing all those interviews in the lead-up to the game with all the fake smiles and trying to act all warm and cuddly. It was really kind of sad yet funny.....mostly funny.

In post game $aban said missed field goals and Maze not fielding the punt were the reason they lost. Rolled his players under the bus when in actuality trying to kick 50 yard yarders when your range is 40 just cause you can't get any closer and putting a hobbled returner back there are 100% on him.
Oh, and as much as I hate to point this out, they missed two FGs (one makeable) in regulation...we missed a TD in regulation.

I saw that too. It reminded me of that scene in Jerry McGuire when the money grubbing agent tried to hug his player-client.

Yep He was. Miles has got the best of Saban and I love the fricking shite out of it.

Having a hobbled player field a punt is bad coaching

Just one example of Satan's mistakes. We are so lucky Satan left LSU. Go Les!!
