It just upsets me that we wasted so much talent at lsu on the offensive side of the ball because of the hard headed man, Les Miles.
We have to give coach O alot of credit for what he has pulled off and getting away from his comfort zone.

I know a lot don't want to admit it, but it's true. Our offense before this year is a complete meme. Everyone knows it. Everyone points it out on ESPN and everywhere else. Better late than never I guess.

It’s really the worst. When you look back at the players we had, it’s disgusting.

I think this is why there’s such a huge portion of the fanbase who dislikes Miles. People can portray him as a harmless old goofy Pawpaw with a great sense of humor but all of that bullshite aside, even though we won his football was not fun to watch.
It was actually actively miserable to watch and the first time in my life I didn’t enjoy watching LSU football consistently. He robbed a lot of people of a lot of happiness because he was too obsessed with 1970 Michigan to let our insane amount of talent put on a show, the sport is for entertainment and the non-championship level 10-win seasons after 2008 just weren’t worth being forced to watch the awful product on the field.
There were 3 years of Les Miles football that actually served their purpose as entertainment: 2006, 2007, and 2011. The rest was pure, boring shite and a waste of a humongous amount of talent, and the fans were frustrated, the players were frustrated, most of the coaching staff seemed frustrated, and there was just a lot of negativity surrounding the program

9-6 in 2011 was the worst thing to happen. Not that beating Alabama is ever a bad thing but Miles seemed to believe it was recipe to beat Alabama all the time.
While Saban decided to evolve on the offensive side of the ball, Miles seemed to go further back into the stone ages with his offensive philosophy. Ultimately, Miles narrow minded perspective cost him his job & lead to many inept offensive games under his coaching.

You're right. I was bored out of mind with his sh*t offense.

Thank goodness it's now water under the bridge.

I forget.
Oh well I guess if it somehow makes you feel better about yourself to shite on Coach Miles, you need to do it.

The most entertaining football game is one that ends with a W.
I don't care if the score is 2-0

Nope, that was the worst season of Les Miles football in my opinion. He was forced to play a QB that he didn't want to. Then when that kid led LSU to an undefeated season, he benched him
Its almost as if he would in no way allow the fanbase to prove him wrong. Well, we were right. And in the end it cost him millions of dollars, years of unemployment, and demotion to coaching one of the worst programs in college football

Always happy with a W.
Then again, 2010 Tennessee was a total clusterfrick. It was an absolute miserable performance against a crappy team. It is representative of Miles coaching.

Were there ANY good games under Miles tenure?
I think it is so typical of the loser mentality around here that some people always focus on the negative.
What sad lives some of you must live.

Jarrett Lee was the ONLY shot we had of beating BAMA in the title game.

So, you would rather we lost and run up andd down the field indtead of winning and looking sloppy. Got it.
Posted on 9/23/19 at 5:54 am to DALSU
O wasted our talent for two of his 3 years.
Posted on 9/23/19 at 6:05 am to DALSU
We've had talent the last 2.5 years too. Why do we have to keep criticizing Miles? Just be happy with what we are witnessing now.
