Legal experts: when can the IRS step in for Tax evasion?

If there were payments,Seems like someone is not reporting this on his or her taxes...

So apparently you people really think they are just given a duffle bag full of cash. The payments come through other avenues like jobs for instance. Can be overpaid for the actual work they do then Pay taxes on that and it’s really hard to track if it’s a private business.

I admit that I am one of the ignorant ones who hasn't thought how to mask the corrupt money exchanging hands, but that makes more sense. I TRULY thought that a bag man dropped off $$$. I will go sit in the corner and reflect on my naivety.

In 2018 you could except up to 15K as a gift with out paying taxes. The limit was 14K in 2016 &2017
