In your attempt to make excuses for the coaching staff, you are continuously pointing directly at the coaching staff as the people to blame.

Look the defense has sucked. The players haven't played great, the coaches haven't done a good job of preparing them. There is no excuses, no justification for it AT ALL. This shouldn't happen to an LSU defense ever. Period.

What do you do for a living? Is it a complicated job? Can just anyone do it?

I think Jabril is saying some of the players aren’t fast learners

C'mon man. Make better arguments. The loss of Fulton alone, not to mention Rashard Lawrence and and a handful of other guys is being felt. There is plenty of blame to share between coaches and players, but your comment is silly.

Let hope the week off was productive for this year's D to get on the same page.

So if the scheme was too complicated and it’s pelini’s scheme then how is it not Pelini’s fault?
Was Pelini unaware that he had young players?

He said communication and young players. Pelini is not playing on the line losing one on ones

Not so bad as the defense which is a poor comparator. The third down efficiency and the boner on 1st and goal have really contributed to the two losses.

Defenses across the country are struggling, including many of the big boys. Breaking in a new defensive scheme and inexperienced players on a shortened season with limited prep time and no warmup games is next to impossible. Sprinkle in top players that had been taking valuable starter reps from players behind them opted out late and you have what we’ve seen so far.

I think the defense will be playing much better by season’s end.

You were one of the main ones pitching a bitch fit about the defense all last year while LSU was winning games with ease.

So seriously, just shut the frick up.

This defense is going to ball out tonight. Then we will be scratching our heads trying to figure out why it’s so schizo
