No different than the coaches saying the players aren’t to blame. They will rarely blame each other in public. But why did Stingley flip Pelini off in the middle of a game?

I have watched that repeatedly

Its pretty obvious to me Stingley was doing a hand motion for the plays to be called in quicker

Well who did we lose from the defensive other than Queen and Vincent and Shelvin to make them that much worse??

Well in the first game we were down from last year:

Stingley, Queen, Phillips, Delpit, Vincent, Shelvin, Logan, Lawrence, Fulton, Chaisson, Divinity, Fehoko

But who’s counting...

Doesn't anyone think maybe covid 19 has both distracted and taken time away from teaching?

Doesn't anyone else think maybe the entire sec playing bad defense isn't a coincidence?

Not standing up for Bo but im giving him time. He's made stellar defenses before.

That's great, but I have lost all faith in the STAFF until they turn this dumpster fire of a football team around.

The offense has been ok, I certainly wouldn’t call them a dumpster fire.

No. Excuses aren't allowed for that shite show. LSU isn't the only team that doesn't have the same players from the previous season. There is no excuses ever for LSU to give up 600 yards passing to a QB, who is now benched, and a team that hasn't done a damn thing since that game.

Nobody expected LSU to win another national championship this year. Losing to MSU and Vandy, in the fashion we did is never excuseable.

Defenses across the country are struggling, including many of the big boys. Breaking in a new defensive scheme and inexperienced players on a shortened season with limited prep time and no warmup games is next to impossible. Sprinkle in top players that had been taking valuable starter reps from players behind them opted out late and you have what we’ve seen so far.

I think the defense will be playing much better by season’s end.

Who other than Ricks, Ojulari and Roy are inexperienced? Asking for a friend. I agree with the rest of what you said but to act like our whole defense is inexperienced is crazy talk. Literally all of them played last year outside of the 3 I mentioned.

Whats he supposed to say? Coordinator sucks and has no idea how to coach anymore and should retire? Trying to keep the season going. Would be nice to see more effort on the defensive side of the ball. That would go a LONG way in shutting up this board. For an hour or so.

We had two returning starters on offense and they are playing well. It's coaching.

To be fair our offense hasn't faced a good SEC defense yet, but our defense has faced 3 teams that look inept against other SEC teams.

So now the problem isn't with the scheme but they needed two weeks to simplify things?

Are you dumb?

Yes, scheme is solid. Young players executing wasn't working. Too complicated for them

Geeez dude
