Herron was playing really well at the end of last season and Lawrence and Alexander are as good as any d lineman in the SEC. We need them all back by SEC play.

Lawrence hurts the most with Alexander a close second those guys will play on Sunday. Herron can only help because the talent is just not there without them. Maybe the young guys will come around.

We just need to get to Auburn with one loss. Hopefully, Key will have the rust knocked off, Herron will be back. And Alexander and Lawrence can stay relatively healthy

If hes anything like Key, he will show up overweight, slow, and out of shape.

Add Shelvin to the list... wasted year to gain experience and add depth.

I agree but big Ed is so slow off the snap. Ain't nobody moving him though!! We need them back in a bad way. Ppl hate on Herron but he was coming into his own last season down the stretch. We will see a much better unit when they all come back. It will allow Aranda to truly work his magic. Spot on OP

Don't forget Travonte Valentine...he ate up a scholarship, and a few million hamburgers as well.

I would say Donavon Campbell and Andre Anthony are big too. Chaisson would not be starting nor would Charles or Ingram

Well hasn't herron been practicing? If so, should be ready to go.

Read that Campbell is in line to redshirt. Injured a lot in the off season.

Chaisson had already passed Anthony. But I agree with OP, Alexander and Lawrence are high level DL.

Herron is serviceable if nothing else but he's an extra body that we need.

Totally agree. One starter/Lawrence, one who probably would start/Alexander as the season progresses, and a very good rotational DL/Herron. Would be difficult for ANY team to overcome. Couple that with a SO at ILB (who have been the DEF MVP IMO), and secondary with a FR at CB, S and Nickel.... They'll get better as the season progresses.
