7This hit cost Kwon Alexander a $43,000 fine for unnecessary roughness yesterday. Totally screwed over for a clean tackle. NFL has become a pussy league. I used to like keeping up with our LSU guys on Sundays, but this shite product is really getting hard to watch.

Not that I agree with the rule, but it wasn’t a perfect tackle according to their definition. He was looking at the ground when he made contact.

Has nothing to do with the ball carrier. They are trying to prevent the defender from breaking his neck.

Same. Looks like he initially ducks, but his head is raised at the point of contact. Looks clean to me.
Refs are testing their ability to influence the game.
