It sounds like Kliff Kingsbury won’t have trouble getting an NFL job after being fired by Texas Tech. The former head coach of the Red Raiders is reportedly getting plenty of interest from teams at the next level.

According to NFL.com’s Gil Brandt, Kingsbury already has two firm offers from NFL teams. It’s unknown what the offers exactly are, though Jay Glazer of FOX Sports and The Athletic reported Tuesday the coach could become an offensive coordinator for several teams.

Gil Brandt ? @Gil_Brandt The phone of former Texas Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury has been ringing off the hook from NFL teams, including two that have given him firm offers. College offense has infiltrated the NFL and Kingsbury's superb knowledge of it is in high demand.

I could see Kingsbury to Dallas to replace Scott Lineham.

But his offense wouldn't work in the SEC.

Those NFL teams don't have to face defenses like we have in the SEC!

We used to have coordinators that were so good that we had to worry about schools like FSU, and Nebraska coming to pluck them away for head coaching jobs.

That hasn’t happened in a long time.

Well, to be fair I think it's only a matter of time before Aranda gets the call. We just paid dearly to keep him at LSU as DC.

Ensminger, great Tiger, but won't get any such offers ever.

Dave Aranda. And who, other than Fisher and Pelini, have left LSU for head coaching jobs the past 20 years? It's never been "the norm"
