I feel like this will be his “breakout” game and his chance to really live up to the hype... not much of a better stage

We’ve been saying that all season. “This is the game”

He’s not that good. Just face it. He isn’t near what we thought or hoped he would be. He’s an average end that has no bend to get around the corner

He's been great against the run thus far IMO

Would love to see him get a few hits on Tua

I just got a feeling there will be a lot more “I just got a feeling” threads between now and Saturday.

He’s an athletic freak but he’s only got one good pass rush move and that is a speed rush. His bend isn’t really very special and he’s kind of at a tweeter weight for the NFL. Marcel Brooks has the potential to be a better pass rusher if he can manage to add a little muscle without losing any of his speed. That being said if we are to win K’Lavon needs to have a career day.

A breakout game would be monumental this weekend. I know he's being held many plays but the great ones fight thru those holds and make the big plays. He's been hyped by everyone and overdue for his greatness to show up big time.

We’ve said this every week this season. Maybe this week will really be the one.

Danielle Hunter 2.0. Looks the part but won’t flourish until the pros.

He has not played enough games to even come close to saying one way or another. The hype built up faster than games, and the guy has been hurt more than played in games.
Good news is he has all the tools to be a special pass rusher, the great news is he has time to develop and get to that stage.
I hope he makes some big plays this Saturday. He will draw attention, but it only takes one play to be the biggest play of the year/game. Greatest thing is the same can be said for the rest of the defense, one play can impact this game and rest of the season. I think they are ready, who will make the big play?

19 games isn't enough?

He has 5 game left in his college career and the excuse-makers are still saying "we don't know yet". Unbelievable.

I have been thinking we need to get Marcel Brooks move involved. Especially with Divinity leaving. How do you see Brooks being used? Is he more of a LB or a safety?

He gets good pressure but needs to spin, swim or rip to get off the blocks. He’s fast as hell but he lacks the bend to be elite.

please don't overrun the tackle and get out of position for the hit!

Well he is coming off a knee injury last year so it may take him a little more time!
