This is dumb.
Combine camps are supposed to prepare him to run the 40, not the school S&C coach.
He's right, for the very best athletes technique is the difference between a good time and a great time.
Still doesn't explain why he wasn't prepared.

Well, said and would think his draft status will be slipping with the mystery disappearance last summer, coming in over weight and unimpressive play. Huge let down for the team.

Pretty sure Clowney didn’t show up in any game his Jr season and was still no 1 pick. Honestly I don’t give a damn where he’s picked but to use his Jr season as a reason to move out of the first round is stupid. There’s plenty of tape from his fresh and soph season to show what he’s capable of. Key is a physical specimen that has all the attributes to be a dominant edge rusher in the nfl.
