The good thing about those goals is you kind of have to play to get them.

not if he gets 1200 yds in 8 games.

Brennan will be the QB if he accomplishes it.

Here come the offseason Boutte haters in 3, 2, 1...

… so I can solidify my position in the NFL 2023 draft.

Is that just a portion of his quote or the whole thing. If that’s his whole quote on what his goals are then don’t expect much from him this year in the leadership category.

Maybe play the entire season and be 100% committed to your teammates and coaches, first thing.

It's not "hating" on someone, when the standard you use is their own words and deeds. Its called accountability.
In this case, Kayshon's interview is relevant where he said something about putting in his time and moving on.
At that time, he didn't mention any performance goals.
It seems to me that somebody is trying hard to rehabilitate Kayshon's reputation arising out of that interview and the transfer talk.
I don' t blame them or him if that is the objective. Kayshon hurt himself in the eyes of a lot of fans.

There has been an obvious disconnect between boutte and the rest of the team. Kelly even mentioned it himself earlier in the off season. Not sure why so many people get butthurt whenever it us brought up on this board

Maybe mix in a team goal

are there people who think him breaking his ankle last year wasn't real? He was balling out until that happened.

dude that was months ago. boutte is back 100% and have a good relationship with Kelly now and participating in summer workouts with the team.

sounds like a real team player

Did you stop paying attention the last several months? All indications at this point are that he is all in and 100% part of the team and fully on board. Kelly not so subtly called him out and it appears he's responded. I don't get the point in continually harping on it. It's almost like people want him to fail.

No I haven't stopped paying attention and, no, I do not want him to fail. But to sit here and say that arguably the best player on your team who essentially had to be coerced into being apart of the team that he committed to is a "team player" is a bit of a stretch is it not? Not bashing, but let's call a spade a spade

I haven't seen anybody say they want him to fail. And i haven't seen anyone say they didn't think he was injured.
I have seen people comment on how selfish and money-centric he seemed in his interview. And the talk about transferring to Bama was less than endearing.
But he got paid by Gordan as a result, so good for him, I guess.
Do you think everybody should just ignore the history now that he got paid?
I hope he has an All American year.
But he will no longer be my favorite player, or even close. I suspect he's good with that.
