Man wtf Lacy? RIP to the victim(s) On another note, always shake my head at the assholes on motorcycles that weave in and out of traffic on the highway at high speeds. Wonder how many wrecks those assholes cause. Just completely reckless.

I guess the counterargument he could raise is:
A. He wasn't involved in the accident. It was two other drivers who hit one another, and...
B. Perhaps he believed he didn't cause the accident since he didn't hit anyone.
I'm not saying that makes it right. Just that I guess I can see a scenario where two other cars get in a wreck and he didn't have any reason to think he had anything to do with the collision between those two cars. Obviously the LA State Police feel different. But this does create a little bit of a different scenario where a person is being charged with a homicide even though he didn't actually hit the vehicle occupied by the person who was killed.
