$1480. I guess the 2019 football season has begun.

See your LSU account if you haven't gotten any other notice.

Down vote away, but I am curious why it is that expensive?

I am impressed that you had that much money on hand. Is that what you are looking for?

Well we definitely know you have never had season tix. There is a certain amount per seat depending on location. Look it up on the website. It’s all laid out.

My TAF went up $240 this year. Gonna miss that write offf now that it is gone.

Seat licenses are a rip off.

Nope I went for free when I was a student, and paid like 12 dollars a game for football tickets.

I was surprised at the big jump in seat donations! I called and they said LSU voted to increase the seat donations last month. In the past, increases were modest but not this time,

That's freakin outrageous! You would think with attendance declining throughout college football, that the universities would be doing everything to get more fans in the seats, but I guess not. I've been to several LSU football games in the past, but sitting home in the AC, in front of my HD tv, great food on the table and a cold beverage within walking distance is the route I'll be taking from now on!

I'm not happy about it either but you either pay or stay at home....
What most people don't realize is that LSU started the TAF fee
much later than other SEC powerhouse football schools
Also just as an example prime tickets and TAF fees on the 50 at bama florida and georgia are much more expensive.....

I love my Orange President, but I sure miss my TAF tax deduction.

There's a long, long line of interested takers if you don't pay the piper.

Why in the frick would you stay home just because you don't have ST's?

Seriously, people can't use their tickets for various reasons and there are always hundreds for sale outside Tiger Stadium on game days. You don't need ST's to attend a game.

The only thing ST's do is give you a guaranteed seat to the Alabama game. Tickets are numerous and easy to find for every game besides Bama every other season.

It's not worth it any longer to many fans who are dropping their ST's.

LSU is not losing any $$$$ though, because all the loses from individual LSU fans are being off-set by ST sales to Businesses/Corporations for client and employee perks. (That's why the atmosphere in the Coliseum has so rapidly declined in the last few years)
