catching behind the door may have been the reason for solid receiving. the jugs has been around for a lot longer than this door thing.

I’ve seen the “behind the door”reference twice. What does that mean?

basically, the receivers stand behind a half opened door. they don't see the ball until it's "right there" close to their hands. it simulates catching the ball after only seeing it for 1 second. kinda like when burrow releases it before their route is done and, when they make the break, it's there. GRAB IT with only seeing it for 1 second at the most. get it?
