IMO, when LSU changed the meeting from Wade, Alleva, King to Wade, Alleva, King, BOS (Williams) and Attorney for LSU, they had set the table to fire him.
I believe Wade was justified to request his attorney be present and his attorney was justified in asking for questions since he is under subpoena.
This is the most important discussion point. They made it appear Wade was suspended because he avoided a little innocent meeting with bosses. That should tell everyone what they need to know about these guys.

I believe every board of supervisors meeting is recorded. Not audio. But transcripts are kept.

But But But, when your boss calls you to a meeting you're supposed to go! Not when you are dealing with these incompetent assholes especially when you already know what their endgame was/is. This entire situation has always been grey area and everyone wants to treat it as black and white.

Not at all. I take what you say about "every top bball school cheats" and "coach takes all the responsibility when caught" as true. Is there no difference, no repercussion when he is caught on FBI wiretap? When he can't/won't talk bc of it.
And does coach get NCAA sanctions when caught or does school? Is coach allowed to move on and leave sanctions a school's doorstep?
