So standing up for a teammate that's being treated different because of the color of his skin is now "woke"? How about doing what's right? I hate the saying "being woke". So dumb and pointless. But that situation is just treating someone the same way you would want to be treated regardless of differences inward and outward. To say that's anything but shows what you're really about.
