I think it's a reference to the TV commercial Namath does about medical benefits of insurance.

He’s talking about a commercial in which Namath plugs some product or service for the elderly.

One of the bullet points is free rides to medical appointments.

Nah, the commercial is about Medicare supplemental insurance. Tua needs about 43 more years before he cares about that.

I agree, but since we're here - Joe "Willie" Namath, "Broadway" Joe, etc., is pushing 80.

And that's the airframe. So, imagine those knees - he had an old man's knees in his 20s. His knees must have divided by zero by now.
