Is it True that Burreaux also played last year game with a ruptured Vertebra AND a torn ACL?

Last year vs #Bama, #LSU's QB played with a separated throwing shoulder he suffered 2 days prior.

How does this happen?

How did he separate it? In practice? Who the hell was allowed to hit him hard enough to do that?

They said they were running a goal line drill and he tripped and landed right on his throwing shoulder.

Seemed like a freak accident.

Says it pretty clearly in the article. Says he fell on it. Pretty straight forward stuff.

dude, that is incredible how well he played after he got hurt. He was better at the end of the year than the beginning.

Great article!

Once again the legend of Joey B grows.

What I found the interesting was the list of teams that called wanting him to transfer there:

Indiana,
Minnesota,
Michigan,
Alabama,
Georgia,

North Carolina,
LSU,
Cincinnati,
Tennessee,
Arizona State,
Vanderbilt,
West Virginia and
just about every school in the Mid-American Conference. In all, there were about 25.

The ones I bolded are the most unbelievable, even though they explained the former Bama connection.

That plus the fact, as has been stated in many articles for many years now, Nebraska has always been #1 in Burrow's heart, and neither Bo Pelini or Scott Frost ever even tried to get him.
